Creditors, including the US vulture fund Cerberus, are likely to receive nothing from the liquidation of one of independent TD Mick Wallace’s main property development vehicles.
The liquidators of M&J Wallace Limited, who are also pursuing restriction/disqualification procedures against Wallace, have stated that, “based on the present asset position and the extent of the petition and liquidation costs, there is unlikely to be a distribution to creditors in this case”....
