Creditors set to get nothing from Mick Wallace liquidation

Liquidators of M&J Wallace Limited are also pursuing restriction/disqualification procedures against Wallace

Creditors, including the US vulture fund Cerberus, are likely to receive nothing from the liquidation of one of independent TD Mick Wallace’s main property development vehicles.

The liquidators of M&J Wallace Limited, who are also pursuing restriction/disqualification procedures against Wallace, have stated that, “based on the present asset position and the extent of the petition and liquidation costs, there is unlikely to be a distribution to creditors in this case”....
