Anne Heraty and Paul Carroll, the founders of recruitment firm CPL Resources, are in line to receive almost €9 million from the company as part of its plans to return excess cash to investors.

CPL intends to hand back €25 million in total to investors via a tender offer, which is a way of buying shares back from individual shareholders at a set price.
