DPD Ireland will create 200 jobs in Athlone, Phenox promises 65 jobs for Galway
Courier company DPD Ireland has announced plans to create 200 jobs in Athlone while German firm Phenox plans to establish a medical devices manufacturing facility in Galway, creating up to 65 jobs over the next five years, IDA Ireland said.
The new facility will be located at the Kamrick Court Building in Ballybrit Business Park in Galway and will manufacture interventional neurovascular medical devices for the treatment of aneurysms and stroke.
