How do you value the future? Market analysts say that Digicel, the telco controlled by tycoon Denis O’Brien, will achieve its targeted $10 billion valuation only by convincing investors that it has moved from mobile specialist to rounded communications company.

The company, which is finalising a stock market flotation in New York, must also outline areas of growth in key markets to achieve the figure, according to market sources.
