Wicklow County Council (WCC) is proposing to sell valuable commercial lands in the centre of Bray which have been dogged by controversy for several years.
The council has invited councillors to vote on its proposal to sell 0.9 hectares (2.39 acres) of land known as the Florentine Centre, at Quinsboro Road, to a company controlled by developer Paddy McKillen jr and his partner, Matt Ryan.
