Consumers cautious on festive spending

Irish households remain cautious about their financial outlook for 2015, as water charges pour cold water on consumer confidence, according to the findings of today’s exclusive Sunday Business Post/Coyne Research poll.

The second annual Sunday Business Post/Coyne Research study on festive spending found that the bulk of consumers will not increase or decrease their spending this Christmas, with 41 per cent planning to leave spending at 2013 levels.
