Our story last week, headlined “Coveney overturns Clare councillors rezoning move”, stated that the site in question in Killaloe was owned by James Whelan who runs the Spirit of Killaloe river cruises company.

In fact, the site is owned by his father, who is also named James Whelan. We are happy to clarify this matter.
