Cerberus sells off €100m parcels of Northern property

For sale: €100 million parcels of the North. Cerberus, the US investment giant that acquired Nama’s entire Northern Ireland property book, is discreetly offering smaller funds the chance to snap up a slice of the mammoth €5.7 billion portfolio.

The New York private equity fund has made approaches to a number of wealth managers and investors in recent weeks, offering the funds the chance to acquire €100 million parcels of the loan portfolio.
