A subsidiary of US private equity firm CarVal has issued debt proceedings against Parallel Films, the production house behind dramas Albert Nobbs, Breakfast on Pluto and Triage.
It was one of a dozen summary summons issued by vulture funds in the past week, as part of a ramping up of debt recovery actions.
