Construction heavyweight John Sisk & Son has agreed a deal to buy into the Designer Group’s facilities management business.

The deal was revealed in a filing with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, which must run the rule over the planned merger.

If it gets the go-ahead, Sisk will acquire a 50 per cent holding in the subsidiary, which will get a new “brand and identity” in the new year.
