A legal battle has broken out between two brothers and a multibillion-euro vulture fund for control of a prime housing site in Co Kildare and a mansion on the grounds of the K Club.
Citadel Homes, a property company controlled by Kildare brothers Fergal Flattery and Martin Flattery jr, has begun legal action against a subsidiary of Cerberus in order to force it to close the sale of the site and property.
