British firm applies for winding up of Oman Resources

A British company has applied to the High Court here for the winding up of Oman Resources Limited, an Irish company linked to the high profile oil and gas investor John McKeon.

Niche Group PLC made its application to the court before Christmas and in its petition claims that Oman Resources is insolvent. It alleges Oman Resources did not repay £18.6 million in convertible loans and wants to have Oman Resources restored to the company...
