Bill on gender pay gap feeds into government’s broader equality strategy

The bill, due to be passed this autumn, will require employers to publish legislation in relation to the gender pay gap

The forthcoming bill to address Ireland’s gender pay gap is part of a broader governmental gender equality and inclusion strategy, the deputy secretary general at the Department of Justice, Oonagh Buckley, told The Sunday Business Post at a recent CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) event at UCD.
