Are Dunne and Killilea still ‘beneficial owners’ of Walford? Ex-neighbours cite ‘communications’ with developer

The bankrupt property developer Sean Dunne and his wife Gayle Killilea remain the beneficial owners of Walford, the property on Shrewsbury Road in Ballsbridge which they bought for €58 million in 2005, according to their former neighbours.

Walford, an Edwardian property on almost two acres, was sold to a Cypriot-registered company, Yesreb Holding, for €14 million last year. The owners of Yesreb have not been disclosed.
