It’s almost a year since my Social Media Nopes manifesto for 2019. In it, I begged for emancipation from the overzealous posting about ‘fur babies’ by sappy pet owners, performative and smug logging off and chronic overuse of the Instagram dog filter. Now, just weeks into 2020 I’m afraid that we are all still At It. At It on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and whatever other trends I’m too elderly to know about yet....
