Company launches €10 million agri-tech accelerator programme

Alltech, the animal nutritional company founded by Irish entrepreneur Pearse Lyons, is in talks to acquire two companies, one in South America and another in Europe.

The Kentucky-based company has over $2 billion in annual revenues, but due to several acquisitions, revenues will be closer to $3 billion in the near future, said Aidan Connolly, chief innovation officer at Alltech.
