Fine Gael members look forward to going to their traditional ard fheis, catching up with old friends and getting a quiet word with a minister or two.

But due to the continued pandemic restrictions, the most the party managed last week was to urge members to have a mini-gathering in their homes as they watched the online sessions of the 2021 Fine Gael Ard Fheis.
