Taoiseach Micheál Martin has confirmed that the reopening of indoor dining in pubs and restaurants has been pushed back at least two weeks while officials work on a new plan for vaccination passports.

The planned reopening on July 5 is going to be delayed until at least July 19 due to government fears of the impact of the new Delta variant.
