12 noon: In Verona Walk, Naples, southwest Florida with Carol and good friends, Verona residents Tony and Linda Caldonetti. Fully prepared for Hurricane Irma. Storm shutters all in place over windows. Cars garaged. House three-bedroom, two-storey, poured concrete. Even if Irma a Category 5 hurricane, as predicted two days ago, with winds exceeding 155mph, we should withstand the winds unless hit directly by a tornado. Enough food, water and alcohol to survive for a week...
