3,000 refund claims from travel firm customers

The Commission for Aviation Regulation says it has received just over 3,000 claims for refunds from customers who booked with travel firm Lowcostholidays Spain SL, which collapsed on July 15.

The commission says it is currently assessing the claims it has received, and has sought additional information and documentation in some cases.
