Conor Clarkson has succeeded in a bid to ensure his legal defence was not struck out as part of a lawsuit involving the transfer of a €1.75 million hotel.

The Celtic Tiger-era developer and horse racing figure is one of five defendants who were accused of failing to comply with a High Court order last month.
