The team behind Ireland’s most popular podcast, Second Captains, is due to temporarily take over Miriam O’Callaghan’s slot at 10am on Sundays on RTE Radio One from July 10.
Second Captains is an independent production company set up by Ken Early, Ciarán Murphy, Eoin McDevitt, Simon Hick and Mark Horgan in 2013. The team has worked on radio before, but this is the most prominent slot it has ever had.
