Property developer Johnny Ronan has told Minister for Finance Michael Noonan he would be prepared to manage the development of sites formerly owned by his company “at no cost”.

Ronan’s letter to Noonan, which was also sent to the Taoiseach Enda Kenny and Minister for the Environment Alan Kelly, was sent on November 3 last year and released to The Sunday Business Post after a Freedom of Information request.
