International investment group buys docklands property from receivers

One Spencer Dock is PwC's Irish headquarters

It has been confirmed that a 21,000 square metre office block in Dublin’s docklands has been sold for €242m to international investment group AGC Equity Partners..

One Spencer Dock is currently the Irish headquarters of consulting group PwC and was developed byTreasury Holdings in 2007.

It was sold by Savills and CBRE on behalf of joint receivers to the NAMA-secured property Luke Charleton and David Hughes of EY and Davy Real Estate.
