Phelan proposes radical reforms, including four elected Dublin mayors

Dublin could be in line to get four directly elected mayors instead of one, according to new Minister of State John Paul Phelan.

The last attempt to have a ‘super mayor’ for all of Dublin failed in 2014 because it was rejected by one of the four councils in the capital.
