Intel launches scholarships

Up to 20 scholarships have been launched by Intel Ireland to encourage women to take up careers in science and technology, writes Colette Sexton.

The awards, which are part of Intel’s Women in Technology scholarship programme, will be available to female school leavers who are starting specified four-year undergraduate degree courses in science, technology and engineering this September.
