Last year, Slack was – deservedly – the darling of the tech industry. Everyone wanted a product that compelling, everyone wanted content and communication that flawless, pricing that smart, and growth that out of control. The problem is that unreasonable start-up chief executives also wanted it cheap, and they wanted it done yesterday.
