Union launches High Court action over unpaid 2009 salary hikes

Legal proceedings to secure unpaid salary increases for hospital consultants have been launched at the High Court.

The Irish Medical Organisation (IMO) today confirmed the move in a bid to secure wage hikes agreed under the terms of the 2008 Consultant Contract which the HSE.
