'Hailo for haircuts' app launch

Two entrepreneurs are aiming to capture a slice of the multi-billion euro global beauty business with a new service dubbed 'Hailo for haircuts'. WhatSalon, which launches in Cork today, allows customers to book last minute hair or beauty appointments via an app on their mobile phone.
