Five Irish developers – and a top team hired to help them pursue a European complaint against Nama – will meet the European Commission case team in Brussels this week.

Michael O’Flynn, Paddy McKillen, Patrick Crean, David Daly and Brian McKeon have hired London economic consultancy Oxera and European and competition law specialist barrister Donogh Hardiman as part of a team attending the key meeting with the EC’s competition directorate.
