Official figures show that growth in residential property prices across the country fell slightly in June, the first drop since January.

The Central Statistics Office saidprices dropped by 0.1 per cent compared with May, giving an annual rate of increase of 6.6 per cent. The annual figure was the lowest since December last year.

Prices had risen by 0.2 per cent in May.
