DIT helps launch new wave of technology

It was technology licensed by DIT that enabled semiconductor company DecaWave to develop a customised antenna for its first miniature integrated circuit, launched successfully in 2013.

DecaWave has since expanded its range of sensor chips to allow tagged objects to be located to precision levels of ten centimetres, in the case of indoor applications.
