Developer weighing up social housing initiative
Group is chaired by former defence minister Willie O’Dea
Formation Group, the listed developer chaired by Fianna Fáil TD Willie O’Dea, is plotting an expansion into housing in Dublin, Cork and O’Dea’s native Limerick.
The company is planning to acquire a large housing development site out of receivership in Dublin, and is considering other opportunities in Ireland, including “a substantial development for social housing”, one of its advisers told The Sunday Business Post.
