Connect Ireland clients to add €1.8bn to GNP by 2020

Economic consultants DKM have estimated that company clients of Connect Ireland, which seeks to create new jobs in Ireland by harnessing the diaspora, will add between €1.6 billion and €1.8 billion to Irish GNP between 2014 and 2020.

DKM said that companies brought into Ireland via Connect Ireland will pay taxes of between €326 million and €374 million during the same period.
