CAB probes Moriarty Tribunal findings with new documents

The Criminal Assets Bureau has been passed documents which were relevant to the Moriarty Tribunal but not given to the tribunal, and now form part of the basis for the bureau’s investigation into the tribunal’s findings.

Key witnesses to the Moriarty Tribunal are understood to have been interviewed by the Criminal Assets Bureau in recent months, as part of its ongoing investigation.
