Brown Thomas restaurant granted full pub licence

Brown Thomas has been granted a licence to add beers and spirits to the menu of its third floor restaurant.

The restaurant, which has had a wine license for the last forty years, recently added a new kitchen, refrigerated storage areas, and staff facilities.

Constance Cassidy SC, acting for Brown Thomas, said that the necessary refurbishments had been made, in line with guidelines set out.
