Creditor Topaz was main supplier to McCormack Fuels
Topaz and Bank of Ireland have seized control of McCormack Fuels, the Sligo-based home heating oil and other fuels distributor with a turnover of €50 million.
The fuel retailer and the bank have both appointed receivers over various parts of the Sligo company in an effort to shore up money they are owed from the business.
