Slow start to Origin’s financial year

Agri-services company Origin Enterprises has reported a slow start to its 2016 financial year, saying that the first quarter was “seasonally quiet”.

In a trading update for the three months to the end of October, it indicated that revenue was €300.4 million for the period, down from €318 million from the same period last year.
