Bank of Ireland extends cashback mortgage offer
Move comes as competition in home loan market heats up
Bank of Ireland has extended its cashback offer to home buyers, adding an additional payment and leaving it open until March 31 next year.
The new product, Cashback Plus, offers current account customers 2 per cent cashback on their new mortgage at drawdown, along with an extra 1 per cent five years later.
The original offer, launched last year, offered only the 2 per cent payment and was due to expire next month.
