Ambitious plans for Cork quayside site
Horgan’s Quay is a south-facing waterfront site
While much public attention is given to the development of the Docklands area in Dublin, plans to develop a significant 6.1 acre quayside site in Cork city are also afoot.
Horgan’s Quay, a south-facing waterfront site, adjoins Kent Railway Station on the northern side of the River Lee.
It is next to a new station interchange and roadway currently being built to cater for 2 million passengers travelling through the station each year.
