Bank deposits rise 0.4% in June
Deposits at Ireland’s government-guaranteed banks rose by 0.4 per cent to €153 billion in June, the Department of Finance said.

The increase of €600 million follows an addition of €900 million in May and takes the increase this year to €5.8 billion euros, the department said in a statement today. Deposits have risen by about €13 billion euros from a low in 2011 of €140 billion, it said.
